The Fairbanks Community Food Bank Needs Your Help
Happy Holidays! With Thanksgiving time here, The Fairbanks Community Food Bank needs our help with food donations. This year, more than ever, food levels are at an all-time low and as the holidays are already here the food bank needs extra supplies to fill food boxes for the less fortunate in our community. Join iHeartMedia and show us your golden heart as we ‘Stock the Bank’ ~ Support local and help the Fairbanks Community Food Bank. Basically anything you need for Thanksgiving, the Food Bank needs too! You can drop off your items to the Fairbanks Community Food Bank directly, or you can participate in the Letter Carriers Food Drive and take your non-perishable items to Seekins Ford, Gene’s Chrysler and Kendall Toyota through November 22nd! (perishable items should still go directly to the food bank) The food collection doesn’t stop there-your food bank collects food all year, and what they hopefully don’t have to use during the holidays can be redistributed as needed.
