'A Pennsylvania woman was arrested earlier this week after she punched her boyfriend in the groin, causing his scrotum to be ripped open.
According to the Evening Sun, George Nicholas told the police on May 13 that his ex-girlfriend, Micaela Arias Huettner,32, was sitting inside of his York Springs home after he came home from a bar. Huettner began to question Nicholas about his whereabouts and the pair started to argue. He said the argument turned physical and Huettner started hitting him multiple times.
