Football Monday Nights 2020 Promotion
These rules apply to the “Football Monday Nights 2020 Promotion” at The Banks Alehouse with Alt Rock 104.7 KKED-FM.
1.Enter for a chance to qualify to win a Nissan Titan Truck, $69,000 retail value, courtesy Fairbanks Nissan. Come to The Banks Alehouse Monday nights to sign up for your chance to qualify for the Ultimate Dice Roll Game as part of the “Football Monday Nights 2020 Promotion”. Last night to qualify is Monday, December 21, 2020. Up to 50 qualifiers may be qualified and advance to the Dice Roll Game at The Banks Alehouse on Monday, December 28, 2020. There are several ways to qualify, including random drawings on Monday night game parties, and instant qualification at said parties. The object of the game is to spell W-I-N-N-E-R with 1 roll of the dice to win the Nissan Titan Truck. Must be present to roll the dice on December 28, 2020. NO pre-rolls or practice rolls allowed. Your name must have been drawn as a qualifier to roll the dice. Every dice roll must be videotaped to be eligible or it will be disqualified from the Dice Roll Game. In the event more than one qualifier rolls W-I-N-N-E-R, actual winner will be determined from random drawing.
2.Winning prizes must be picked up within 10 (ten) working days, by the person who was awarded the prize. WINNER MUST PROVIDE A PICTURE ID, BIRTH DATE, AND CURRENT MAILING ADDRESS EACH TIME A PRIZE IS PICKED UP. Failure to provide any of the required information will result in forfeiture of the awarded prize.
3.The winner will be required to complete a W-9 form in order to claim the prize. Only one completed W-9 form is necessary per year. iHeart Media is required to report all winners that accumulate $600.00 or more in prize value winnings in one calendar year to the IRS. Winners will be solely responsible for any and all taxes incurred, local, state and federal, when accepting a prize.
4.All listeners 21 and over, except employees of iHeart Media and their immediate families and other local radio station employees and their immediate families - are eligible to win.
5.iHeart Media reserves the right to modify or replace these rules at any time without notice. Verification that these rules are currently in force is the sole responsibility of the listener. 6.There shall be no liability by iHeart Media its co-sponsors or its employees for any prize, or for any entry or decision, which is deemed irregular in any manner. Decisions of the representatives of iHeart Media are final regarding all contest issues.
