There are tons of great You Tube channel dedicated to guns and shooting and one of them is Kentucky Ballistics. He was recently shooting his .50 cal and using some interesting rounds to show the different ways they impact a target. Then the unthinkable happened. His 50 cal exploded in his hands from what he calls an "extra hot" round. The gun was destroyed and he was severely injured. Only thanks to proper safety protocol, training, and quick thinking by those around him did he survive a lacerated jugular, a broken orbital bone (in three places) and a broken hand.
